Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your SELENEY loungewear as much as we do. That said, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process as seamless as possible.

Return fees
  • EU & UK returns: a standard return fee of €12 / £12, deducted from your refund. This fee covers the costs of handling and renewing the package.

Shipping costs, duties, taxes, and VAT are non-refundable.

 

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1 — Check your item

Please make sure your item:

  • Is in it's original condition
  • Is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Has all originals tags attached
  • Is returned within 14 days of delivery

Items that show signs of wear or are missing tags can unfortunately not be accepted.

Step 2 — Register your return

You can easily register your return via your personal return dashboard.
No account is required. We'll email you a secure login link to give you access to your personal SELENEY dashboard.

From there, you can select the items you would like to return or exchange and follow the instructions provided.

Step 3 — Send it back
  • Place the item in its original SELENEY packaging
  • Use the return label provided by email
  • Cover or remove any old shipping labels

Once we have received and inspected your return, we'll process your refund or exchange and notify you by email.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.
Email us a photo of the item along with your order number at care@seleney.eu and we’ll take care of it promptly.

 

Shipping Fees, Duties & Taxes

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT cannot be refunded

  • If a return is sent back without cleared duties or handling fees, these costs will be deducted from your refund

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

For our customers in the EU and UK, please remember that your legal right to cancellation under specific circumstances remains unaffected. If you have any questions, our SELENEY Care Team is always here to help at care@seleney.eu.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
